You can park your car in garage or turn the garage into your entertainment/living room. Very close to lone star community college, town lake boardwalks and good restaurants. Easy access to highway 99 and to 290. You will get access to community center which has a swimming pool, clubhouse and gym. Application fee of $40 and we will be doing background check etc. Deposit $1000 (refundable if no damage is done to the property). No pets.
