Staff and teachers seem engaged with students and committed to their success

So as of right now I know this might be confusing when coming from a student right now. It's actually not that bad as most of the reviews say people just don't know it the right way and guess on how it is. But all the teachers are nice and forgiving and they inside is really nice they also have some nice programs like ybh student council njhs.

I really hate to see this school go downhill. It has so much potential. The drama and favoritism is a real problem with students and staff. The social emotional support got worse over the years. Support for staff and micromanagement was horrible and makes staff quit left and right. Students have a Few great teachers that are still there and work their hearts out and don’t get the recognition and respect that they deserve. NHA is more of the problem and won’t support people when they need it and it shows in the school. They have scripted responses too and don’t seem to care. Students spend way too much time testing and on computers. It’s very scripted school and if you don’t follow what they want exactly they push the staff and teachers out the door. Classrooms are way over crammed into a room with 30 or more in most classes. Middle school hall is so hard to go from class to class. No time for students to eat lunch in the gym for 10 mins or less. I really hope the new principal will do a good job and be a positive light the school so needs This school does have potential but not for kids who hate computers and won’t sit for long periods of time on computers.
