This is the first level in a 3 level townhouse. Please meet the income requirement before requesting a tour. Thank you.

All utilities is included such as water, electricity, HOA, trash, and internet. $1,850 Security deposit is required and you can get it all back if you return it the way you got the place. I prefer a non smoker and 1 year lease. The lease comes with one parking space.

I am looking for 1 person for move in or 2 people maximum. There is only 1 parking space that is guaranteed available 24/7 for parking, the rest of the parking is at the community parking lot and it is usually full by 6 pm.
