This is a true fixer upper. It is zoned commercial. Has not been renovated since it was built. Central heat and air threw out building , has insulation on duct work and is working. A new Electric box was installed in 2017. Electricity working in building but should probably be rewired. Water is still turned on in building but should replume. Hard wood floors threw out house. 9.5ft ceiling. claw foot bath tub. Roof needs a minor repair. Walls are boards that have been wallpapered over, no sheet rock or plaster. Crawl space under house. vinal siding on house. But has original clap board underneath . Kitchen and large pantry room. Back door on closed in porch leads to back yard . Floors need leveling. Houses are being fixed up on the street. Close to downtown. Baptist church on three sides. A seperate single car garage with a concrete slab for floor. small workshop in back end of garage.
