    "Great terrain and scenery. Plenty of parks and pet parks to choose from. Neighbors are very friendly and there are lots of pets within the area. "

It's a quiet little haven in the middle of bustling North Arlington with families, people walking dogs, pool parties, and all the throw-backs to a simpler time."

    "We have lived in this neighborhood for several years. It is very quiet, and we actually get a lot if wildflife in our backyard which we love. All of the neighbors take excellent care of their homes and yards as well, and it is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Arlington entertainment district (Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags, etc)."

    "Could be nicer. The area seems great but the surrounding areas are high crime. We are iffy on staying much longer. "

    "The houses on our street are nicer, many have their own gates. It’s quite a private area and is lush with greenery. It is also very safe, close to I-30 and is great location that has access to everything in the DFW area within about 30 minutes."
