About this House

My environmentally-sensitive sellers took their energy audit seriously and have "retrofitted" their Classic Crestview mid-century 2 bedroom + office, 1.5 bath single-story to have a softer effect on Austin's environment. For example, they replaced the HVAC, installed dual-paned windows, solar screens, low-flow commodes, roof shingles while adding a rainwater recapture system, mulching beds and full sprinkler system. The kitchen was completely remodeled; the appliances were upgraded. The exterior and interior were repainted. Other features: attached single car garage/workshop, huge wood deck, gutters and downspouts, hardwoods, tile; deep, wooded and chain-link fenced backyard. Incredibly convenient location in one of Austin's premier close-in and affordable neighborhoods.
2108 Pasadena Dr, Austin, TX 78757 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,250 sqft single-family home in Crestview, built in 1955. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate is $605,400, with a rent estimate of $3,261/month.

"You see people walking their dogs, riding their bikes, and it is peaceful. There are no sidewalks down side streets but most people drive slower due to severe schools in the area. "
  • Trulia User
"This is a a great neighborhood for families and creative minded people. It is both quaint and modern, warm and progressively minded. "

  • Sarahcnation
"No dogs off leash. Everyone is respectful and keeps their distance and/or asks to pet or play with your dog. Lots of nice neighbors and parks to walk to. Only down down is if your dog is trained to be off leash there aren’t any options within walking distance. "
  • Shainatrial
"This is a very very dog and children friendly neighborhood. If you watch out your kitchen window, within a 10 minute period you will see at least 5 dog walkers and 5 children/ babies ."

"the neighborhood is really nice. The street I live on we have get togethers once a month to get to know the neighbors which is wonderful. people are super nice"
  • John F.
"This neighborhood has the charm of the 50s, the friendliness of the 70s, and the diversity and openness of the 2000s. The lots are big so houses are not piled on top of each other, and neighbors are often in their front yards communing with other neighbors. It’s a pretty great neighborhood. "
  • David E. W.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 14 years and in three separate homes. We ove our neighbors and our schools."

Walking distance to a multitude of neighborhood parks, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Central Austin location with easy access to all major roads and a short walk to the Crestview MetroRail train station."
