There is a boardwalk along the St. Lucie River with a terrific Farmer's Market on Sunday and free entertainment.
Grab your towels, umbrella and beach chairs and head for any of the many public beaches on Hutchinson Island also minutes from the home. While you are there you can eat at any of the islands beach restaurants with ocean views. There are 18 public beaches to explore in Martin County alone. What do you like to do in Paradise?
What do you like to do in Paradise? Golf, biking, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or boat rentals? We have it all! Along with just relaxing at any of our many waterfront restaurants and bars for the ocean view. For the occasional rainy day we have the Elliot Museum, the Oceanographic Studies Center, Mansion at Tuckahoe, the Children's Museum. We are about 30 minutes from Palm Beach Gardens Mall is a world- class shopping destination with over 160 stores and restaurants and Vero Beach Outlets offer more than 50 stores.
We are within walking distance from Fresh Market and the library. A short drive to US1and you have lots of retail, dining and food shopping choices.
For a day trip we are just a 2 hour drive up the turnpike to the Disney parks, or head South to Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale or Miami.
