  • Clementine M.
"The pavillon lights ! They lit up on the weekend and bring wonderful acoustics to the place. Plus people gather and enjoy taking pictures there. "
  • Stevecjackson
"Love it!!!! The Loft’s at Riverpark (above the PF Chang’s is the best and only place to live downtown). Entertainment everywhere, you have the city to yourself every morning and evening! Very safe, lots of security. 1 block to all the downtown theaters, sky bridge to all downtown buildings, and Davenport hotels."
  • James P.
"decent enough neighborhood, ....not too much in the way of safety either though. Cops patrol the streets frequently, but nothing is super safe. "
  • Riverside2230
"If you work d anywhere down town the walking commute would always be less than 10-12minutes. Great place to live with easy access to grocery shopping and restaurants without having to drive!"
