"it sucks. route 4 to DC is really tough during rush hour. the same for heading down Suitland prkwy. "
  • Sandra L.
"No events but it is a nice well maintained neighborhood. They have been updating the neighborhood since the new company bought it almost 2 years ago. Maintenance & help from the desk with issues could be better but other than that it is a nice neighborhood "
  • Bruce f.
"things are much better since new management took over. however, maintenance is very poor. have had a huge dead tree in the back and they still haven't done anything about it."
  • Sara R.
"Nice area, pretty rural. Close to a lot of different shopping centers. Not a bad commute to Annapolis, DC or Baltimore."
  • Corinne H.
"quiet good schools friendly people nice houses pretty scenery safe close to DC and Annapolis not a lot of traffic "
  • Billhoward44
"South county remains a haven from the hustle and bustle yet is easily commutable to DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore and is in close proximity to the Chesapeake Bay, shopping, restaurants, golf, and entertainment. This rural retreat in Lothian provides peace and a rare natural environment."
  • Doc
"I moved here from PG County 10 years ago. Comparatively --- I feel like I moved into paradise! The high school for the neighborhood is a national Blue Ribbon school. The area is so safe. It is truly country living in horse country -- and it's a livable commute daily into DC."
