6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience with Holly Ele has been a great one. The Principal, Mrs. Turner is awesome and greets the kids by name as they enter the school each morning. My child can be on the busier side and the teachers have always found ways to teach in a way he can learn and that keeps him engaged.Parent Review3y ago5 Reviews - Patterson Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe administration, teachers, office to food service staff have been amazing. They are all welcoming and truly care about the students and parents. Our kids enjoy the STEM program and all of the specials offered. The kids are encouraged by all to work creatively. HAS continues to offer the latest technology for the students to learn. We are new to the school this year. Thus far, we have had a very positive experience!Parent Review7y ago2 Reviews - Holly Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCurrent 7th grader here, this school stinks. In late 6th grade, I grabbed a milk from the fridge, and it was chunky. In this school year, they kept the regular milk out 2 days past the expiry date. In addition, I had someone once say something inappropriate about me because I made him mad. I told one of the staff members, he told me he would call me down to the office in 4th hour. It happened 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done about it. Even the busses aren't safe. I wouldn't have reviewed the bus, but according to my bus driver, the second I leave my house in the morning to the second I enter my house in the afternoon, that is school property. There is a highschooler on my bus since middle schoolers and high schoolers ride the bus together, which already makes me uncomfortable, one of the highschoolers has made it her life's mission to bully me and this sixth grader. She's a HIGHSCHOOLER. We are MIDDLESCHOOLERS. I'm not sure if it's only on my bus, but I've also heard slurs being tossed around by highschoolers. Ever since coming here, I've felt ugly, fat, and stupid because of the students. I have trouble with not picking at my acne, and I've been called pepperoni face twice! They talk about "blah blah blah learning is better with breakout rooms and more furniture" and never let us go outside to use them. I wish I could be proud to call this my school, but just today before school, I cried from the stress of schoolwork and bullying. The teachers do barely anything to motivate us because they overwork the teachers by putting around 30 students of varying learning levels all in the same class. None of the students respect teachers, and nobody cares about your mental health. If you are about to enroll your child in this school, don't. If you want to go to this school, don't.Student Review2mo ago11 Reviews - Check out schools near 21 Maple Ln.

"Every summer downtown they shut the streets and have what they call the taste of Clarkston. The local restaurants sell bite size treats of the food they cook. You buy tickets and each item takes different amounts of them. Thousands show up for the two day event!!"

"We have awesome views, lots of very old trees, friendly neighbors, most homes have 1 acre lots, homes are all kept up well with professional landscaping and no sidewalks. The pond in the neighborhood is more of a nature preserve and all the common areas which can’t be built on, all add to the ambience of this community. "

"My neighborhood is wonderful and a great commute to other suburbs such as Auburn Hills, Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Shelby Township. The I-75 commute to downtown Detroit is a smooth ride with small hiccups when there’s construction to enhance the roads. "
