If you have a special needs child do not, I repeat do not send your child to this high school. My child has experienced a level of discrimination and embarrassment, some would call harassment. My child was literally personally harassed by a teacher and that teacher is still employed by the school. Administration did nothing to protect my child. Administration does nothing to help or protect special needs children from adults who prey upon their short comings. There is zero communication between special needs department heads and staff and they will let your child suffer and then blame your child for not understanding or comprehending assignments. Zero support, zero empathy and not a place for children to learn ir thrive this school is an absolute joke. I beg of you please do not send your special needs kids here.

Our school got an A+ rating for a reason! I am a staff member here so I see the daily things that go on. My two kids love it! We have loving, caring and supportive teachers and administrators. They want the best for our students. They offer a lot of opportunities for parents to be involved with their student/s in and out of school. They are teaching these students to be leaders by letting them lead in the classroom, in school assemblies and everyday activities. We are a “Leader in Me” and “Lighthouse” school. Growing and learning every day!!
