The home has character that consists of 2 fireplaces ,butlers pantry ,built in china closet, raised face mahogony panelling in dining room , music room with curved wall for acoustics . The carpentry is amazing , it was all done by hand .The high ceilings are complemented with beautiful mouldings . Pocket doors for the music room and the living room has 2 sets of double pocket doors for privacy or open them both up for that spacious feel . Hard wood all through the house. The main hallway leads up to a spacious 2nd floor as you walk up the grand stairway great view out the window and brand new wallpaper with nice new chancellor. The second floor bath has raised faced mahogony panels and the classic clawfoot tub that easily fits 2 with original refurbished faucets from the 1800s . Not much has changed in the house its a showstopper and has been in movies , infomercials ,.music videos, and documentaries . Its a very spacious and comfortable Queen Anne and is one of a kind with all its character unlike a lot of the houses or condos of today . By walking around and looking at each room you can tell it was built by proud and skilled artisans that truly loved their work and it shows. The kitchen has been refurbished and has all new appliances and cabinets as well as the bathroom with its vintage style tile and walk in shower with all modern fixtures .All rooms are spacious with 10 and a half foot heights . The electricity recently got upgraded to 200 amps. The third floor has 3 rooms all hardwood plus a bathroom and a kitchen . The second floor has a main hall with stained floor in a victorian large diamond pattern . Also has an office area that opens up with columns on each side of the opening with stained greek key patterns on the perimeter of the room. The second floor has a beautiful view from an oversize
corner window that looks out to the greenery of the fellsway reservation which has the Fellsmere Pond to jog , walk exercise, fish, go sledding, ice skate in the winter or just sit and enjoy the view.
