The superintendent completely disregards any students that aren't athletes. His preferred method of discipline is to yell at kids, and he ignores IEPs. He regularly demonstrates that he only cares for students who are involved in sports.

Teachers are great, but are limited in their ability to help students who have additional needs because the administration is terrible. Any concerns falls on deaf ears. Thw principal is also the superintendent, so no opportunity for recourse. He is defensive, aggressive with students who don't fit into his cookie cutter image of a "good" student, and is completely ineffective as an administrator.
