For this plan those features include a tile roof, tile floors, ceiling fans, hand textured throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen and vanities, a tile walk-in shower and drop in soaker tub with tile surround in the master bath, spacious tiled game room, large walk-in pantry, split floor plan, jack-and-jill bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4, separate full bath for bedroom 2, garage door openers, stone up to ceiling on fireplace with wood mantel, switched Christmas light outlet, two tone paint with lifted ceilings, pre-wired for cable, and crown molding. Drive through gate for RV parking and RV hookups.We also build our homes with a variety of energy efficient features. Some of those features for this plan are dual pane low-E windows, polyseal infiltration gaps, 2x6 walls, Fiberglass net and blow insulated walls R-38 insulation in ceiling, 13 SEER air conditioning, and Energy Star Appliances.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
