First time on the marktet owned by the same family since 1880's the family is offering 80 acres with an additional 160 acres that can be purchased as well. Property is located on the corner of FM 717 and FM 207, 9 miles north of Ranger or 9 miles south of the corner of Hwy 180 and FM 717.
This property is predominately open land that was used for planting crops but has not been planted in recent years. (Some mesquite growing back where fields were but not bad, could be restored to field or food plots). A creek that meanders through the property allowing some large Elm trees mixed with some oak and a few pecan trees along the creek banks. One pond in the north west corner holds a little water, pond used to be good for fishing but went dry in recent drought. There is a Staff water line along the Hwy along with electricity making this a great place to build or buy now and build later and retire. Property is an hour and a half from DFW and Abilene.
