Rapid City fixer upper. Available cheap. Hardwood floors everywhere except the kitchen and bathroom.

Ideal for someone handy, who wants to buy a good house for cheap. Raise the value of the house considerably by doing a little work on it.

The house was abandoned for 7 years. I bought it as a very risky flip. Turned out to be a lucky risk. House is very sound. Am ready to move on to my next flip.

All new plumbing and gas lines have been installed. Brand new 40 gallon water heater.

The kitchen and bathroom floors have been stripped to subfloor. They will need to be finished with tile or wood or linoleum.

A new roof will be needed soon (It's a simple roof: two rectangular surfaces).

Good insulation in the house. Heated in winter with a natural gas forced air furnace. Gas and Electric outlets, both, available for the cooking stove.

Front siding was hammered by hail in the past, and has considerable hail damage. Rest of the siding is quite good, so I wouldn't care to replace all the siding, I'd just repaint the front siding.

House has a regular asphalt road in front and a gravel service lane in the back. Large amount of space in the back to build a future 2-car garage with service lane access.

This kind of house will not appeal to someone who wants a pretty looking house to impress people on social media. This kind of house is designed to appeal to people who want something practical, easy to maintain. People who don't like paying high county property taxes. With a little elbow grease you will add a lot of value to your house.

A large government facility (Youth & Family Services) is located kitty corner from the house. This ensures constant police patrolling, and lots of bright lighting. Also, could be a potential source of future tenants who will want to rent the place. Beadle Elementary School is a block away, another source of future tenants.
