Return from the beach with the provided beach trolley stocked chairs and beach toys found in the separate “beach stuff room”. Brushes and foot showers are available to remove the sand before entering the home. Guests enter the 200-sf entry foyer leading to the second-floor stairs, the pool deck or the garage. Once upstairs, the guests are greeted by an open concept living room, dining area and eat in kitchen. The living room is equipped with a seventy-five TV, two portable BT speakers, a printer, a Play Station and an 8-foot pool table, perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, and a large refrigerator. Off the kitchen is a separate sound insulated laundry room with washer & dryer. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with huge shower and free-standing tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third has one twin and one twin XL and share a Jack & Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV, ceiling fans, and closets. The floorplan is divided into two sleeping areas and the sound insulated interior walls provide adequate privacy. The owner totally renovated the home in 2019 with high quality materials like oak hardwood floors, Kraft Maid kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and high-end Cambria Luxury Quartz-countertops. The 500mb internet is perfect for guests who must work remotely during their stay. Guests travelling with toddlers will find a “NUNA” crib and a “Trip-Trap” highchair. The beach access is an approximate 90 second walk from the home. The guests are impressed that the house generates its own energy with solar panels on the roof and the provided unlimited instant electric hot water. The owner likes that the electric bill down an average of 50%. “Sunnyside” is an extraordinarily successful vacation rental grossing over$140K in 2022 and $160K in 2023. Having over $120,000 in bookings so far in 2024 and $35,000 already for 2025 - 50% of guests book directly through owners own webpage. The owner manages the property himself.
