Large deck and nice trees including an apple. 6 foot fence, smaller yard so there is not much to mow. Front of the house is south facing, provides for better snow melt in the winter. No HOA dues charged to the tenant, and garbage service is included in the rent. Cable or satellite are both options depending on your preference. House has refrigerator and washer/dryer.
