Description

2br-1full bath
1500ft- Charming bungalow view home in Manette (bremerton)
This 2 bedroom 1 full bath view bungalow is nice and ready.
This house has a one car garage and a long driveway for another car as well. The basement has a full size washer and dryer as well as a bonus room with tons of storage. Freshly painted along with hardwood floors will make you want to stay home and take in the view! Should you go outside you will find a partially fenced back yard with a garden bed for all the veggies or herbs you would like to grow! The front yard has an area for plants as well. Schools are 1.5 miles away and you can walk to restaurants and bars. Did I fail to mention you can walk to a 5 star Michelin bakery? Don't worry it's uphill back to the house so you can burn that butter off. The house has a new furnace and hot water tank all gas. We do allow dogs and would of course need to meet them before renting to them. Sorry no cats allowed. We require first months rent and a $1500.00deposit of which $850 is non- refundable. We also require renters to maintain the yard.

Renter is to maintain the yard in like condition of move in. Any accepted dog will need to be "interviewed" the deposit will then be $2000. Of which $1000. Is non refundable instead of $1500 with a $500 non refundable deposit. All utilities are rentals responsibility. This is a one year lease that does not become a month to month once it expires.

"Great trails all through the neighborhood and green belt with fenced dog parks and customary poop bags. All of the dogs my three large dogs have met along the trails are super friendly."
  • 2yk6jmmhgx
"Yes the dog park is a nice place to take your dog. It is local in the neighborhood and maintained by the HOA"
  • Blade Schallenberger
"Compared to surrounding areas, Bremerton seems older. Ferry access to Seattle and Port Orchard is nice. "
  • Gj4fj6jp56
"This neighborhood is a weird mix of nice 60’s and 70’s homes and a bunch of older duplexes. We only have interaction with our four closets neighbors but definitely look after each others properties. Best event is when we host our Christmas party every few years. "
  • Shawna Murray
"I’d describe my commute as busy with lots of other car’s and Lots of traffic lights both ways. With Poor parking at my destination it ."
  • hyddyr
"Near a grade school, surrounded by a greenbelt, close to shopping, neighbors are a range of ages and friendly, the HOA is helpful rather than restrictive and only $80 a year."
  • Seaniehd
"Quiet, easy neighborhood. Love being able to walk to our favorite saloon, bakeries & boutiques. Great neighbors and great views"
  • Ella Rohrer

  • Ashley Barber
"It’s not a good area of town. Lots of foot traffic since grocer is at the end and food on the other. Would not recommend for families period. The schools aren’t good either "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a good quiet area. A lot of stores in a 15 min drive. It seems like a nice quiet area for the most part besides the usual and common occasions. "
  • Ella Rohrer
"Bremerton has its own brand of charm. For a Navy town there’s a lot of Naval influence here. It’s a small city with great location. Although some parts are seedy, Bremerton has history, some beautiful scenery and forested areas all which make it distinct from similar places."
  • Mitch_kathy92
"Decent schools and kids recreation sports yet helps to be involved, strong community and access to most resources. "
  • Trulia User
"Fourth of July is always the best down at the park! Fireworks shooting off from everywhere (: it’s my favorite part of the year"
  • Trulia User
"I use Kitsap Access for my main source of transportation. which is door to door service for seniors and disabled commutes if qualified. Snow plows come and clear the roads after the main roads are cleared and maintained. Easy access to multiple grocery and shopping stores. "
  • Trulia User
"Complicated and busy commute. we don't work, but our appointments are in North Seattle, and it is very expensive and stressful to drive. "

  • Mitch_kathy92
"It is defiantly a dog friendly neighborhood. I see people walking their dogs morning and night. I also think dogs are a means of conversation. "
  • Chelsea K.
"I drive the opposite way of traffic to work every morning. If you work in Bremerton, parking is kind of terrible. So most people either use public transportation, walk/bike, or some combination to avoid having to deal with parking and the traffic."
  • Mitch_kathy92
"There is a strong neighborhood feel. Families are always out walking with their kids and there are joggers and walkers frequent. "
  • Mitch_kathy92

  • Mitch_kathy92

  • Mitch_kathy92
"Walking our dogs walkers joggers every morning 4th of July fireworks each year light up the sky from both sides "

"Most dogs aren’t welcome due to pet restrictions from apartments or other property management in Kitsap county "

  • Savannah M.
"My neighborhood hosts a wonderful seasonal farmers market in the evergreen park at 4pm on thursdays. Additionally the park occasionally becomes home to some community festivals.
