"Small town where people know each other and wave to one another. A nice quiet place to raise a family. There a just a few restaurants, 2 grocery stores, post office, coffee shop, hardware store, pharmacy, and dry cleaners."

"Rural farming community that is the epitome of southern living and hospitality. Homes in this area are affordable and land is abundant.
