For rent is half of a duplex located in a quiet residential district four blocks from downtown Spearfish. The owner and his spouse live in the back half of the building. Private entries are in place for each of the two living spaces.

This house was constructed in the 1890's. The house has been remodeled over the years. The deck was added and the bathroom was remodeled in 2020. The carpet was replaced in 2020. The kitchen was remodeled in 2006.

The bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower. The bathroom is small.

The house is fully furnished. A queen-sized bed is in each bedroom. Washer and dryer, refrigerator, dining table, TV, and chairs are furnished by owner.

The kitchen is furnished with a minimum of pots, pans, dishes, table ware, and the like. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

No garage is available. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house.

Owner has fully furnished the house and pays all of the utilities. Utilities provided include electrical power, natural gas, water/sewer, cable TV WiFi, and trash removal. The owner does lawn care and 1/2 of snow removal. The rental amount is for three occupants. A discount is available for fewer occupants.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property that is only rented to non-smokers.

Renter is responsible for house cleaning unless another arrangement is made with the owner.

Owner is willing to consider less than a six month rental period.

The house is currently not available in or after May, 2022.

    "There are too many to name. However, Downtown Friday Nights in the summer are fun for all ages. There is a Fall Festival and a great Holiday Light Parade in December. Spearfish is a great place to live because of the beauty, friendly people, and lots of things to do."
