"It's a quiet neighborhood, great for walking, running, riding bikes. People wave at you when they see you out even if they dont know you. Families and retired people mostly in the community."

"Close to a big box store, drug stores, gas stations, but relatively quiet, our street is not busy. Also, well established neighborhood. Not very transient."

"Dogs and or any pets are not welcome in my direct community unless they are service animals. But there is a dog park less than a mile away for those living in neighborhoods in surrounding areas."
