This is an excellent school! My children have thrived there and are in the top of their classes. Many of the things that were said in the other reviews are not true. Parents are always allowed in the school if you come to the office and sign in which is obviously for student safety. I would definitely send my child here if you want them to learn and be ready for testing. There is always room for improvement in some areas but for the most part, it is excellent.

I made a mistake sending my child to this school. We left a small school to attend Magnolia High School so that my child could have more class options. My child just completed 9th grade and has an ACT score of 26. I was just told today by the school assistant principal that he can not get in the more challenging classes because they have to balance the classes. He explained that meant that my son had to be in the the lower level classes because the higher level classes already had enough students and that classes needed to have equal amounts of students. Basically my kid has to go to a class that does not benefit him to keep the administrators happy. Do yourself and your children a favor: go to a private school or to Emerson Public School or Taylor Public School. Their ratings are much better. :)
