About this House

This cottage type home is underway for painting exterior and interior. It will be available May 1. Recently new heat pump. This house is very cozy for one or two people and a 1 small dog It has an extra large driveway And trees all around. The interior Has all white walls and hardwood floors. The lawn and yardwork Are provided for free. Please remember the house will not be available till May 1. I will add pictures when I'm completed hopefully within the next two or three weeks. You are welcome to inquire

First and foremost no smoking inside the house. The lease will require $900 a month rent and a $900 security deposit. The commission of Public Works and the Greenville water system supply your utilities you'll have to pay for those and get them hooked up yourself. A one-year lease is required. We will only allow a maximum of two people and one small pet. Or a single person. We will do a background check and we will check your lease in history. We also do a credit check. The rent will be due the first of every month with a five day leave Way. After the fifth day there is a $25 late charge.
