Installed sprinkler system that cover front/side/and back yard and other side of road toward the pond
Run power out to storm shelter and installed 120v and 12v system so that 120v will charge battery,run lights and has receptacle to charge phones and can charge battery so that when power goes out you can transfer to the 12v system off the battery and have lights
Took out living walls to give more open space for dining table and all open living area and resupported with beams in attic
Added bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi in old porch area
Redone laundry room to give more room and more closet space
With the remodel it gave about 6 more feet of cabinet space where the entrance to the kitchen used to be
Added 44 can lights
Repainted all walls
Tookout lots of trees and dug up or ground all stumps
Leveled parts of the yard to where everything is mowable
Replaced old panel with new panel in shop and added new led lights in main shop area
Ran camper plugs in back shop area
Built new shelving in shop and extension ladder racks
Installed dusk to dawn led wallpack security light
Dug out pond in order to let it dry so it can be built bigger
Put new 500gal septic system with new lateral lines
Put new gas lines in to house
Put black mulch beds and drip lines set up with the sprinkler set up to water any flowers put in
Put painted tongue and groove on ceiling in living and laundry area
Put new trim in main areas
Resanded and Repainted cabinets and got new updated doors
All new flooring in bathroom and main area
