The very inexpensive POA fees covers 24 hour security, road clear\rance and membership in the tennis/swim/ golf, club, There are also stables and an archery center here.The dining room is nice there and the views of the golf course are lovely. Only an hour from Santa Clarita and a quick 15 miles to Frazier Park. The village has restaurants, shops,coffee shops, churches, a fires station, real estate offices, a beauty salon, a gas station and a bakery. There are numerous outreach programs for the elderly or those needing help. I am an older woman living alone and could not feel safer . It's a great and caring community."
