About this House

Lots of new updates! The color scheme of the home has been done in light tans and neutral tones with new owners in mind.
This great starter home features new, plush carpet in light neutral tones in upstairs bedrooms, hallway and includes stairs. The bathroom has been updated. Has a beautiful off white vanity with a faux marble look countertop and has a new faucet in a beautiful oil rubbed bronze. There is a double wall mount towel bar also in oil rubbed bronze, along with a matching hand towel wall mount hook and a new light fixture to match as well. The creamic tile floor was installed in 2015.

The bedrooms are a decent size. Both can be fully furnished and still feel comfortable. All the windows in the home have been previously replaced. They open out to make cleaning convenient.

The living room and dining room have newer maple toned wood laminate floors that complinent the maple kitchen cabinets. There is plenty of natural light during the day. The dining room is a nice size and easily accommodates a dining table and chairs. There is a bar height counter that can fit two bar stools that separates the kitchen from the dining room. Kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. Comfortably fits a french door fridge, has a built in microwave over the stove and also features a dishwasher. All appliances in the home are new with the exception of the dryer and dishwasher. Both currently work fine. All kitchen appliances - except dishwasher - are stainless steel. The fridge is smudgeproof and the stove is electric.

The front porch was replaced in 2015 with a brand new lumber porch. There is also a new mailbox and light fixture. The sump pump and hot water tank was also replaced in 2015. There is a small Rumblestone patio in the back yard. Easily fits patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace.

The driveway and small garage are in need of some TLC. Other than that this home is move in ready.
