The first floor houses a spacious living room with a "decorative only" fireplace anchored by built-in bookshelves, a spacious welcoming foyer, large family dining room and kitchen plus one bedroom, a playroom/den/office and a full bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one full bath. There is a basement which houses the mechanicals, washer and dryer and has lots of storage space. The deck was new in 2013 and overlooks the large fenced backyard and the shed/garage at the back of the property was reroofed in 2014. The furnace was new in 2001, Water heater approximately 5 years old, the roof was a complete tear off in 2015.

Amazing educational exerience and interpersonal involvement. The special education program far exceeds my expectations and the caring personnel and staff make this an "at home" feel while stressing the need and importance of education, bookwork, respect, and manners. The Principal is amazing, always visible, involved, and readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns any parent may have. The recess and PE programs are wonderful, trying to influence the youth of America today to stay in physical shape is hard and not the norm but Unity East does a great job of incorporating it into the daily schedule as well. Exceptional learning environment, and wonderful staff.
