About this House

My new home was built by anew and up coming new home builder ,thus it was not one of the major nation wide builders ,which was a plus.I only had miner cosmetic problems with my new home that was corrected in a timely manner.
I am the original owner and had the home built from the ground up,thus I did a number of mechanical and electrical up grades . To this very date, I had had no major problems with my new home ; it is a well built home and it is my fifth new home purchase. There are two designated areas /electrical outlets for a computer. One is located in the home office and the other is located in the great room. The main cable modem is located in one of the walk in closets in the master suite ;thus the system can be expanded .
There seven designer chandeliers in the home ;two matching one for the formal living room and dinning rooms . Three matching chandeliers for the master suite and bonus room ;one for the master suite and two for the bonus room. There is also a chandelier in the breakfast nook and a much better one than the builder provided above the stair well landing .Also ,there are two flush mounted ceiling lights in the great room. walls and carpet throughout the home are in a soft taupe /mushroom shade ,as are the window blinds The home has a built in security system ;no monthly payments to a security company . At the rear of the home ,there is a patio/terrace that is ten feet in width by forty feet in length which is great for entertain g .The back yard is terraced and has two levels The front yard has a sweeping concrete curve to separate the lawn from the flower bed which has river rock in it ; there is landscape fabric under the river rock for weed control . All exterior lights have photo cell sensors and go on and off by themselves The secondary bedrooms are a decent size ;I have a queen size bed with a night stands on each side of the bed in each secondary bedroom ,plus room for seating. the bonus room, master suite, formal dinning room ,and formal living room ,have tray ceilings
Entering into the home, one is greeted to a foyer that is six feet in width by seventeen feet in length . There are two large art niches on one wall and three arches/door ways ;one to the great room ;one to the hallway to the powder room;and one large arch that extends the full length of the formal living room. There is also an arch doorway leading to the master bath in the master suite
Above the fireplace in the great room ,there is an electrical outlet for a TV along with a fan in the fire place to keep things cool , Also there is another TV electrical outlet in the bonus room in addition with the one in the master suite.
In addition to the land line telephones in the master suite and in the great room ,there is an additional one in the formal living room.
The water heater was at the time my making my upgrades ,was up graded to a larger capacity one , than what was standard .
There are double doors that lead to the master suite and double doors that lead to the bonus room.
Stone accents are on the exterior of the home ;on each side of the garage door and on each of the two pillars on the porch
In all ,this home is a beautiful and a well built home .

"Starting to see random cars driving by in the middle of the night so we're always keeping a close eye out but overall the schools are great."
  • Emily Aleki
"Great schools, 90% of neighbors are friendly, kids like to get along with other kids in the neighborhood. Great shopping locations close by, new builds almost every other month so i'd say Graham is coming through hot the next few years."
  • Heather
"People are out walking their dogs all the time! That’s how we have met many neighbors. Very friendly and low HOA! "
  • Kristina M.
"Long commute to most places, and meridian is the worst thing ever created. If you learn back roads, it’s not as bad."
  • Janis C.
"I’ve lived in graham for about 4 years now it’s nice but expensive , it’s a nice area and is still growing"
  • Lokits
"Have lived here for 5 years and love the small town community feel just outside of the big city. Schools and shopping are just up the street but not too close."
  • Shopdog98855
"Most dogs are well cared for, and county animal control will respond quickly if you have problems. You will see many people walking their pets."
  • Lauryndanielson
"I know of a neighborhood clean up but no special events held in our neighborhood. The schools often have fun events for kids to come and have fun which I think is awesome for the kids to come and see the different events being held. "
  • Dee I.
"people wave and talk to one another. some neighbors know others better then others. but all and all its a quiet safe neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"Don’t try public transportation out here. It will take you forever. Definitely need a car out this way. "
  • Derek J.
"Great. Meridian is smooth sailing. I leave work at 2 to get home by 5:30. Most days it takes me 2.5 hours to get home from Seattle. Traffic is horrible around here. But who can afford to live close to I-5"
  • Djeodranger
"Coyotes! Some of the neighborhood dogs are aggressive towards other dogs!! We lost two by our muttonhead neighbors "
  • MRB
"my nighborhood is quiet yet close to Meridian.also close to half dozen lakes grat for fishing. northwest trek is a 15 min drive."
  • Kiley J.G
"Tons of families in the neighborhood, six resident cops within less than a mile of each other, so a super safe community overall. "
  • Dee I.
"pets are allowed but the deposit price is very high. plus the owner is now selling all the homes in this manufactured hone park. but it's nice and quite and I love it here. "
  • Damien831
"I love the elementary school we go to. I love my neighborhood. I like how quiet it is out here. It's a great area. You can have neighbors but not be right on top of each other."
  • Djeodranger
"There are Coyotes in our neighborhood, some small pets have disappeared, we lost two dogs and two outdoor cats since we’ve lived here for 12+ years. The two dogs were killed by our neighbors dog, right after they moved in ? Pretty sure the Coyotes got our cats ?"
  • Djeodranger
"There are none, with exception to some private parties if your invited ? We have met a few of our neighbors, by selling chicken and duck eggs to them. Our area isn’t perfect, we have a few spoiled brats and irresponsible people in our neighborhood, but, they eventually get caught by the pierce county sheriffs! "
  • Rosario 0.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for almost four years. It’s quite, friendly and nice neighborhood for me and my family."
