About this House
My new home was built by anew and up coming new home builder ,thus it was not one of the major nation wide builders ,which was a plus.I only had miner cosmetic problems with my new home that was corrected in a timely manner.
I am the original owner and had the home built from the ground up,thus I did a number of mechanical and electrical up grades . To this very date, I had had no major problems with my new home ; it is a well built home and it is my fifth new home purchase. There are two designated areas /electrical outlets for a computer. One is located in the home office and the other is located in the great room. The main cable modem is located in one of the walk in closets in the master suite ;thus the system can be expanded .
There seven designer chandeliers in the home ;two matching one for the formal living room and dinning rooms . Three matching chandeliers for the master suite and bonus room ;one for the master suite and two for the bonus room. There is also a chandelier in the breakfast nook and a much better one than the builder provided above the stair well landing .Also ,there are two flush mounted ceiling lights in the great room. walls and carpet throughout the home are in a soft taupe /mushroom shade ,as are the window blinds The home has a built in security system ;no monthly payments to a security company . At the rear of the home ,there is a patio/terrace that is ten feet in width by forty feet in length which is great for entertain g .The back yard is terraced and has two levels The front yard has a sweeping concrete curve to separate the lawn from the flower bed which has river rock in it ; there is landscape fabric under the river rock for weed control . All exterior lights have photo cell sensors and go on and off by themselves The secondary bedrooms are a decent size ;I have a queen size bed with a night stands on each side of the bed in each secondary bedroom ,plus room for seating. the bonus room, master suite, formal dinning room ,and formal living room ,have tray ceilings
Entering into the home,one is greeted to a foyer that is six feet in width by seventeen feet in length . There are two large art niches on one wall and three arches/door ways ;one to the great room ;one to the hallway to the powder room;and one large arch that extends the full length of the formal living room. There is also an arch doorway leading to the master bath in the master suite
Above the fireplace in the great room ,there is an electrical outlet for a TV along with a fan in the fire place to keep things cool , Also there is another TV electrical outlet in the bonus room in addition with the one in the master suite.
In addition to the land line telephones in the master suite and in the great room ,there is an additional one in the formal living room.
The water heater was at the time my making my upgrades ,was up graded to a larger capacity one , than what was standard .
There are double doors that lead to the master suite and double doors that lead to the bonus room.
Stone accents are on the exterior of the home ;on each side of the garage door and on each of the two pillars on the porch
In all ,this home is a beautiful and a well built home .
