The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is bordered by the North Creek green belt to the west. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, schools are nearby, freeway access is excellent, and Alderwood Mall is within 10 minutes.
Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful of each other. If anything, they err on the too quiet and reserved side. Overall, it was a fantastic place to live for the time that I was there.

All Water/Sewer/Garbage included. Dedicated Parking Stall directly outside of unit. $1800 Security Deposit with non-refundable $300 cleaning fee. $49.95 application fee via screening company per adult tenant. No pets or smoking.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
