    "A great town to raise your kids or retire to. We always feel safe and neighbors are always willing to help if needed. City park is very nice and kids are always out playing. All around great little town but yet still close to Rockwall, Royce City and Greenville to shop. "

Great schools, nice people, beautiful landscape, and very safe compared to most other parts of the country.
