Love the convenience to freeways, shopping, beautiful private neighborhood park with stocked lake, jogging trails, picnic areas, pool, tennis court, bike trails, etc. all surrounded by virgin forests. We're literally 25-30 minutes from downtown Houston... a straight shot to the heart of downtown, but feels like living in a small community. We're five minutes from the new Exxon campus, 15 minutes to IAH & The Woodlands, convenient to any shop or restaurant possible, low crime, and we're in the acclaimed Klein school district. What's not to love? :) "
