Good things do come in small packages and this unit had a new roof installed in 2017, comes fully applianced and partly furnished. The park offers a variety of activities depending on the season. Second full bath access is through the laundry room to the right of the carport door. The non-closeted second bedroom has a door directly to a patio. This unit has been cared for and is move in ready. Property may be rented to persons over the age of 55. Rentals may be 1-4 months with the property rented for a maximum of 4 months during the 12 month period of October 1 to October 1. Effective 4/10/18 owner must own their coach for 2 years before renting it. Pick up trucks of up to 1/2 ton are allowed but no commercial vehicles or motorcycles. Because in is not under heat or air conditioning the Florida room is not included in the square footage shown in the county records.
