Tierra Linda is a very prestigious gated community in south Chandler, just 25-30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. It is far enough away from major roadways to be peaceful and quiet, yet it's just 10-15 munutes away from the Chandler Mall where you will find all of the restaurants and shops that you could ever need. And in the other direction, it is just 10-15 minutes away from the San Tan Village Mall and the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. And if you're into outdoors and hiking, the San Tan Mountains are just 10-15 minutes to the south and the South Mountain range is just 15-20 minutes in the other direction.
