At the end of the hall you will find a storage closet on the left and the door which leads to the Master Suite on the right. This enormous master suite features soaring 15' ceilings, a private sitting area, and a door that opens to the backyard as well as a wall of windows with a beautiful view of the pool & spa. You will be spoiled by the spa-like bathroom with an extra-deep jetted tub, dual vanities, large travertine tiled multi-headed shower, and a walk-in closet which is bigger than the bedrooms in most homes!

The backyard is an entertainers dream. There is a huge covered patio lined with pavers which extends along the entire length of the home, and it is topped off with a large built-in BBQ island at one end. The patio pavers extend all the way out to the pebbletec pool and adjoining spa, both of which are heated by a gas heater. There is also a large grass area which is big enough for a playground set, a trampoline, or just to play ball in, and the side yard features a large RV gate with paved parking area.

Tierra Linda is a very prestigious gated community in south Chandler, just 25-30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. It is far enough away from major roadways to be peaceful and quiet, yet it's just 10-15 munutes away from the Chandler Mall where you will find all of the restaurants and shops that you could ever need. And in the other direction, it is just 10-15 minutes away from the San Tan Village Mall and the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. And if you're into outdoors and hiking, the San Tan Mountains are just 10-15 minutes to the south and the South Mountain range is just 15-20 minutes in the other direction.
