About this House

Lovely home in excellent condition, and is Not a bank or short sale. Home is a short walk from Beech Hill Elementary but not so close that you will be bombarded with school noise (there is a walk way that allows children to avoid Hwy61). This home has many upgrades that include crown molding, hardwood floors in entry, 6ft privacy fence (with large entry to backyard), nice trim work and TV nook above fireplace. The floorplan is largely open and set up for entertaining. The kitchen has lovely upgraded cabinets. There is one bedroom, perfect for use as an office or the mother in law, and has whole bath, downstairs. The upstairs also has a nice sized master bedroom with an extremely large master bath. The bathroom features an over sized tub and separate stand up shower. Additionally, the laundry room, three other bedrooms and another full bath are upstairs!
