With sad heart we have decided to sell our first house that we purchased quite a few years a go. Split level with three bed rooms upstairs kitchen on the midfloor and finished basement with utility room . Full bath upstairs next to bedrooms and a half bath downstairs next to utiliy room. Just to mention few upgrades about few years a go, Goodman central AC 10 years a go, Hot water heater three years ago, roof was done in the early 2000's, hardwood floors in bedrooms were all restored and redone, basement new floor and paneling , drop seiling in utilities room etc. Nice neighborhood with good people - very good house to start your family with. House was just remodeled (two weeks a go) with new paint thruout, new floor in Living room and new floor in the finished basement and also recessed lighting in basement, utility room and bathroom. Double garage with one half for a car and the other half is a work shop with work bench, 220vac plug available and gas heater. Will pay 2% fee towards qualified buyer after purchase.

We love to bring happiness to the people in our community and that is the best way we do it and the neighborhood loves it. We even have people that have been told and come from out of town to check it out."

    "If you want to live in a community where your neighbors are more like family, and your children will have an endless supply of friends to play with, then Deerfield is the place. We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon. But honestly, after 5 years, we hardly notice the noise. But the nature and people surrounding us make up for it."

    "Grew up on the West Side of Lorain, where most of my family still lives. Certain areas are better than others of course, but generally it is quiet and safe. Lorain has lots to offer like the boardwalk, the Palace theatre, and the International Fest in addition to being close to things like Cedar Point, Cleveland, and tons of shopping"
