This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo style apartment for rent. This unit has its own private entrance, private 2 car garage, rooftop deck. The private back yard has new turf landscaping. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining, living room and half bathroom. The second floor is the master bedroom, with beach ceilings and a large closet, and a second bedroom with a walk in closet. Both bedrooms have entries into the full bathroom. The third floor is the rooftop deck. There are ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. Note: There is no air-conditioning because unit is 2.5 miles from the beach. Hard-surface flooring (grey wood look) throughout. Dining area pendant lighting. Coin operated laundry outside unit. Close to Trader Joes, restaurants and CVS pharmacy. Close to Anderson Park which has a great playground for kids. Also close to Lincoln Elementary which is highly rated Redondo Unified School District. We have great neighbors in this four unit and care about who moves in. We make all decisions based off of five core values. Team Player: We see team player as Open, Honest and Transparent.
