Located in South Napa across the river from the South Napa Market Place, Century Napa Valley movie theater, In-Shape Gym, Raley's, Office Depot, Target, Napa Valley College.
Easy access to Highway 29 from Imola Ave. yet far enough away to not get the noise. Balcony on second floor has gas BBQ. It's a fully furnished house including the bedroom that is available on the first floor. The room is approx. 12'x15' with a walk in closet, and own private bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities available, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wifi. View to front yard garden from this first floor room. The home is located in a pleasant, safe townhouse neighborhood In Sheveland Ranch. Street parking.
Looking for preferably female who is quiet, clean, respectful, drug free and a non-smoker. No pets. No parties. Require proof of employment. Credit check and security deposit. Perfect for visiting nurses, wine industry personnel, or anyone needing completely furnished safe, clean and charming month to month accommodations.
What I'm looking for in a roommate: Someone who is clean and willing to split house chores. I am considerate. My primary goal is a harmonious household My home is a peaceful environment and drama-free. Looking for congenial, considerate roommate.
Included completely furnished shared spaces. Home is kept neat. Rent = $1000 a month. Wifi, utilities, Comcast and some bills would be split. Utilities average around $70 to $112 a month depending on the cold or heat. First month rent of $1,000 and security deposit of $1,000 are required. I don't do leases. Month to month only. Long term month to month is welcome.
