About this House

Cute Bungalow on a wonderful corner lot with large mature trees and lots of charm. The home needs work mostly interior, needs paint, carpet, appliances, some ceiling sheetrock repair. Needs a wall heat/air unit installed. Has a wood burning fireplace and a beautiful back yard patio with tons of garden potential. My uncle owned the home and I remember it being a gardeners paradise when he lived there. It is a diamond in the rough but priced accordingly, when renovations are done it should be worth around 70k and possibly rent for $600 to $650 a month. Call me today, we would love to sell before we have to start mowing the grass regularly.
