    "The mall has a lot of traffic. Also the police officers do random speed traps of Harrison avenue. Houses are overpriced and parks are not well maintained. "

    "Cherry Valley is safe with children playing outside all the time. There are several parks within 3 blocks of my home with one being Baumann Park with river access for kayaking or fishing. This is a vey family friendly area"
