    There is no HOA or fees to pay. The roads are maintained by the County. You can choose to share in a dumpster. Mail is delivered to boxes at the highway. Electric and phone are available at the property line. Sensible subdivision restrictions have kept the quality of homes high and the environment beautiful.

      "ALPINE is extremely animal friendly for pet lovers. Openly keel your fur babies with you wherever you go, just be sure to take baggies with you and pick up any of their droppings. There are beautiful walking trails and gorgeous sunsets and the most amazing night skies. Also we have a couple of great veterinarians here in town."
