About this House

Beautifully renovated (2013) Sabiston-Moore historic home, plaqued circa 1846! For many years teacher and Beaufort native Louise Nelson lived here, and had a preschool in the backyard. The house has the original pine floors and stairs, as well as the original beams exposed in the living room.

A pervious driveway and patio area were installed. The two car garage and storage area is a separate building. The home has a built in whole house generator. Security cameras are installed, a remote control thermostat, and timer on the hot water heater. A 2021 new house dehumidifier is in the fully sealed crawl space.
