- Non-smoking property
- No marijuana products of any kind allowed on property/parking lots. Even if "prescribed", it is federally illegal and is not allowed. - -- Odors of marijuana/cigarette smoke are a lease violation if detected in/around unit, property, car, etc. (Don't smoke elsewhere & bring the odor back to property)
- Housing assistance clients are welcome to apply
- Failure to complete the entire application or leaving blank spaces will result in denial
- All payments and maintenance requests must be submitted through an online service

PET POLICY:
- 2 pets allowed with $25/per month/per pet fee + $300 non-refundable fee (covers pest treatment post-tenancy only - NOT during occupancy)
