"Amity is close to everything - Portland, McMinnville and Salem. We are surrounded by breweries, vineyards, tasting rooms and restaurants. But we are a small ‘country’ community that is tight knit and look after each other. School system is great and the housing market is easier to get into for younger families...when there is a house on the market. "
