The 2 other roommates are young professionals (mid-twenties) who work 9-5 jobs in the area. They are really great guys. This is a great apartment/living environment - I would not be moving if I had not been transferred to NYC for work.

Share utilities and internet with 2 other tenants (usually is about $50-$60 a month). Move in November 1st or earlier if necessary, lease expires Aug. 31, 2018, with option to renew then
