Currently neither apartment is rented. The lower level is almost ready. It need new carpet in the bedrooms. This unit could easily rent for $850-$950 a month. almost all new windows except 2. Exterior doors have been replaced with steel doors. Water heater is just a few years old. Furnace is a high efficiency unit. Large rooms throughout.
