This house is just a few minutes drive to everything in Austin with easy access to major roadways. This 78704 house is located in the heart of Zilker, one of the most popular Austin neighborhoods, and is the perfect spot for you to feel like a local. Many great destinations are within walking distance - head north to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake trail, and the nearby restaurant row or stroll east to the Lamar Union, Alamo Drafthouse, Saxon Pub, Broken Spoke, and other South Lamar spots. The home was thoroughly renovated, with a blend of modern amenities (LED HDTVs, Google Wi-Fi, premium appliances, and central AC) and some vintage accessories (Stangl dishes and white oak bedroom suite) reflecting the era of the home. Fresh linens and quality pillow-top mattress will make your nights comfortable. Ground level, single story house with parking in the driveway. Easy and private access! Although it is centrally located, the neighborhood and house are very quiet. It is a great place to relax. It has a shady front porch with a refurbished classic glider and a sunny back deck with a lounger, dining set, and a gas grill. All to help you recharge after a busy day or late night. The house is designed to accommodate longer visits (1 - 6 months). We do accept shorter stays (3-day minimum) if there is room on our calendar, so feel free to ask about your dates. To have availability for those longer stays, reservations for the 3-night minimum are not taken until 45-days out. We have many great reviews, so rest assured you will not be disappointed.
