Every single day it is a chaotic mess in the hallways and people always threaten to shoot other people (even though they wont) and most people are just aggressive and a lot of the substitute teachers are kind of rude. Even though you can make amazing friends at cascade I would not suggest going there because it is over all a terrible school to were if you don't have enough friends you will most likely get made fun of or beat up. If you have a kid go to the school just tell them to act calm in class and don't just threaten people to look cool. I'm just annoyed by the people who yell and threaten people just to act cool even though they cant do much. You can stand out but not too much, do one wrong move and it becomes your reputation.

Horrible school and horrible staff. Teachers try their best to teach in an environment where students do not care. Behavior issues are everywhere and there is never a year where there isn't any incidents like drugs, vaping, violent fights or pulling out a gun in the student parking lot. Safety is not the highest priority here and it is a constant struggle juggling homework and being aware of your surroundings. This school takes hardworking and talented individuals and spits in their face, it is no wonder that many of these kids would rather transfer over to a different high school. The culture at this school not only encourages skipping and disrespecting others but clearly is one of the most toxic ones out there. Staff members generally could not care less about students and if you want anything done you need to go out of your way to do so. I feel extremely bad for teachers who just want to teach their subject and hang out with students except they are met with immature and rude ones instead. Nothing at all is taken seriously at this school and the stereotype commonly associated with this school is nothing but correct. The only good thing about this school are the teachers. There is no individual identity in this school at all, when you think of high school you have the band kids, the orchestra kids, football guys, club members and many more; but everyone acts and thinks the exact same. This school somehow takes everything and makes it 10x worse.When you hear something about this high school much of the time it is something negative, there is never a time where you get positive news here. Not sure what the staff and principle are doing for this school, because on the outside it seems like the principle just stands around and collects a 200k salary each year. If you hate your kids, send them to this school.

This school literally traumatized me and my friend group. It tore apart my friend group because of bad emotional support. We'd been bullied in around 3rd grade, and despite telling the coach several times, the bully never stopped or got in trouble. Plus, when I went there, the school was obsessed with getting a rid of tag. So much so, that when some kids chased my friends, and one of them got harmed, my friends were sent to the office and were told "tag bad." Like, one of your students is currently thinking about harming themselves, and you're enforcing rules that don't need to be enforced. Please check in on students every once in a while, especially the older kids. just because they're older doesn't mean they're more mature. Thank you if you read this.
