All individuals over the age of 18 that will be living on the property need to submit their own application for background, income, and rental verification purposes. Applicants are required to have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. Please provide 3 months of paystubs to ensure that your income can be fully verified. We do not accept bank statements as proof of income.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, snow removal and lawn care services.

Pets are welcome! *There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.

Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The application fee is $65. If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due at lease signing.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
