"We've lived in this neighborhood for 7 yrs and we love it. This is not the neighborhood for those that like cookie cutter style subdivisions with houses so close you can practically touch the next house from your window. Every house is unique, ranging from over $600k to as low as $75k, each with its' own unique style, whether it is awkward looking to traditional to beachy to contemporary or modern. Every house has at a minimum an acre or more, it is quiet, peaceful, like a getaway, yet close enough to the highway so quick access to everywhere else. The neighbors are all very nice, friendly, and don't twice about offering assistance. Seeing families walking, running, biking, rollerblading, golf carting, and ATVing throughout the day because it is safe. Whether passing in a car or on foot, everybody waves at each other.
